Registration

It all starts with making sure you are registered for the 2020 Election! You can Register online or complete a Voter Registration Application and submit it to your Clerk’s Office. Click here to learn more about voter registration.

Signature

This month election officials sent out a yellow card asking you to provide a current sample of your signature. This signature will be used to compare the signature on your ballot envelope and validate your identify, so it is important to return this sample signature.

Ballot Packet

  • Review and follow instructions.
  • To vote, completely darken in the box to the left of the candidate using a black or blue pen.
  • After voting, refold the ballot and seal it in the secret ballot envelope.
  • Once sealed, place the secret ballot envelope in the return envelope.
  • Read and sign the return envelope. You must sign the return envelope for your ballot to be counted!
  • Mail your ballot 2-3 days prior to Election Day or return your ballot to a designated drop site.
  • VOTED BALLOTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE CLERK’S OFFICE BY 7:00 PM ON ELECTION DAY

Important Dates

Primary Election

  • July 9: Last day to register to vote to receive your mail ballot packet for the Primary Election.
  • July 21: Look for your Primary Election mail ballot packet to be delivered.
  • July 27: Voter Service Centers are open through Election Day. Services include in-person voting and same day registration.
  • August 8: Ballots must be received by 7:00 pm.

General Election

  • October 5: Last day to register to vote to receive your mail ballot packet for the General Election.
  • October 16: Look for your General Election mail ballot packet to be delivered.
  • October 20: Voter Service Centers are open through Election Day. Services include in-person voting and same day registration.
  • November 3: Ballots must be received by 7:00 pm.
